Time Limit: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards.
Additional Exclusions: We also do not accept returns for downloadable software, some health and personal care items, and items without proof of purchase.
Conditions for Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank. If issues persist, contact us at ualivingretail@gmail.com.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at ualivingretail@gmail.com.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not marked as a gift, the refund goes to the gift giver.
Shipping: To return your product, mail it to UA Homes, Gurugram, India. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
For tracking and insurance, use a reliable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
